Refund policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of ONLY unused full price merchandise, within 7 days from the date of delivery.


Please ensure you record a video of unboxing your package to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products & share them within 24 hours of delivery.

Products purchased during sale are non returnable & non exchangeable.
If the product is missing or if the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact customercare@inc5shoes.com within 24 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by Inc.5 shoes.

2. No returns will be accepted for sale products, only exchange is possible only incase of wrong size received from what was ordered. No size exchanges will be entertained as per policy.
